Некогда успешный финтех-стартап Revolut продолжает катиться по наклонной скатываясь все глубже и глубже в клоаку полулегальных псевдобанковских систем. За этим процессом по неволе наблюдают как клиенты самого банка, так уже довольно пристально правоохранительные органы европейских стран и США. Когда же настанет критическая отметка принятия решения об отзыве банковской лицензии и привлечении руководства банка к административной и уголовной ответственности? 

Тысячи жалоб на неудовлетворительное обслуживание клиентов, сотни судебных исков в отношении банка-мошенника все еще не являются достаточным основанием для центробанка Литвы принять правильное решение. 

Что тут скажешь - Литва не так богата как Великобритания, и конечно же цепляется за любой источник дохода, в правовом ли он поле находится или нет. Негативный опыт работы банка в Великобритании не был учтен регулятором, равно, как и топ менеджмент Revolut не провел работы над ошибками и с упорством паровоза продолжает маршировать стоя на граблях. Собственно и не мудрено - банк в погоне за прибылью оптимизировал расходную часть квалификацией своих сотрудников. К примеру служба поддержки банка работает из квартир и в основном это сотрудники из Индии и Пакистана.

Офисы в странах Европы носят довольно номинальный характер. 10-15 сотрудников пытаются создать видимость бурной деятельности обслуживая 30-40 тысяч человек.

Участившиеся случаи пропажи денег со счетов, задержки по перечислениям средств, блокировки клиентских средств без обьяснений причин, постоянно ухудшающийся уровень сервиса и масса уволенных сотрудников – все говорит о крайне нестабильной ситуации как внутри банка так и на периферии взаимоотношений руководства с инвесторами вложившими более 800 млн долларов в этот сомнительный проект....
